Special Pets named Best of Lexington, 2010!

Please join me and the Special Pets family in welcoming Jeanne Shull as our official full time groomer. Jeanne is retiring from her "real world" job and will now be available to do her grooming magic here four days a week by appointment. Please view our updated photos to see how excellent our clients look after Jeanne has finished grooming them.

A dog groomer must be both technically adept and passionate about her art to achieve Jeanne's level of quality. So give us a try, or if you have not been here in a while, come back and have a Special Pets groom and see the difference for yourself.

I will continue to groom my own "regulars" but I need to reduce the volume of grooming that I do in order to turn my attention to managing the business and my own life. I want to thank my many loyal customers and their wonderful dogs, you know I love you all.

Also beginning in September after Labor Day I will be closed on Tuesdays. There will be a courtesy pick up and drop off from 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm. There will be no grooming or daycare on Tuesdays. Boarding and dog care will be as usual, but with restricted customer hours. I work seven days a week and plan on having a little bit more of "me" time.
